Is the Equity Mastery Program really free?

Yes — completely free. Like all our services, we're paid by the lender when a loan settles. There's no cost to you for the free assessment, the equity analysis or the loan restructure advice. The only time money changes hands is if you choose to proceed with a loan through us — and even then, our fee is covered by the lender in most cases.

How much equity do I need to join the program?

There's no minimum. However, the program tends to work best for clients with at least $150,000–$200,000 in usable equity, as this provides enough capital to make a meaningful investment. If you're not sure how much you have, that's exactly what our free assessment will calculate for you.

Will accessing equity put my home at risk?

No — and protecting your primary residence is our first priority. The Equity Mastery Program is specifically designed to access equity in a way that leaves a substantial buffer between what's owed and the property's value. We never recommend accessing equity that would put your home at risk. In fact, the loan restructure in Step 2 often makes your overall position more secure.

How long does the program take?

The initial free assessment takes 3 minutes. From there, if you decide to proceed, the loan restructure typically takes 4–6 weeks. Step 3 — investing — can happen immediately after settlement or over the following months depending on your goals and what you're investing in. Many clients are in a completely restructured position within 60 days of their first session.

Do I have to invest in property, or can I invest in ETFs?

Completely your choice. The program is strategy-agnostic — we help you deploy capital into whatever mix of assets best matches your goals, risk tolerance and time horizon. Many clients split their equity between an investment property and an ETF portfolio for diversification.
