Mitchell Shad
Mortgage broker. Property investor. Built Sabea Financial to do broking differently.
Built Sabea from the ground up.
Mitchell is a property investor, husband and father of three with over 16 years' experience in banking and finance. He's the co-founder and director of Sabea Financial, where he leads the firm's strategy and trains the team that works with clients across Sydney and Australia.
He built Sabea to do mortgage broking differently. Most brokers focus on getting the loan approved. Mitchell focuses on structure — how loans are set up today, how equity is positioned across a portfolio, and how that structure supports the bigger picture his clients are working toward.
His approach is built around equity-led lending strategy: helping property owners understand the equity they have, what it could be used for, and how to structure new finance so it works alongside whatever investment direction they choose to take with their financial adviser. The lending is Sabea's domain. The investment decisions belong with the client and their adviser.
Multi-award-winning, with a passion for clarity in lending structure and a long-term view on finance. Mitchell's focus is helping Australian property owners make sharper, better-informed decisions about the debt side of their wealth.
