With experience across operational roles in the food manufacturing industry and a major university, Barnes applies disciplined analysis and structured thinking to help clients make informed finance decisions that support both immediate needs and future goals.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Barnes combines analytical thinking with a deep understanding of people and decision-making. His approach aligns closely with Sabea Financial’s philosophy of people over profits, prioritising education, transparency, and long-term strategy over transactional outcomes. Focused on building enduring relationships, Barnes supports clients with finance solutions designed to evolve as circumstances change.
Outside of work, his passion lies in sport, spending time with his young family and he is currently learning Spanish.
